Who we are
Reel Wave (the "Service"), including the Reel Wave mobile app and app.reel-wave.com, is provided by Miguel Alejandro Pina Yanez, Colombia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes it and the data you own.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription (Starter, Professional or Ultimate), billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Purchases made in the iOS app are charged to your Apple ID and are managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings; purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe and managed from Settings on app.reel-wave.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. A free trial, when offered, is limited to the usage shown in the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of the media, prompts and text you upload, and of the videos you create with the Service. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content only to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the AI and social publishing providers described in our Privacy Policy when you use those features. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, import, edit or publish.
AI-generated results
AI features may produce results that are inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content. Review results before publishing them. Generation credits included in a plan reset each billing period and have no cash value.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses or deceives people, sexualises minors, or impersonates others; to send spam; or to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party services
The Service connects to third parties such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Apple, Google and our AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Publishing to YouTube uses YouTube API Services, and by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email, and continuing to use the Service after it takes effect means you accept it.
